SHIPPING & PAYMENT

Orders are processed and shipped within in 48-72 hours upon receipt of the order (excluding weekends and holidays). The shipping time stated on the order is from the time the order is processed.

  • Orders between $0.00 and $50.00 will incur a shipping fee of $9.99.
  • Orders between $50.01 and $150.00 will incur a shipping fee of $18.99.
  • Orders over $150.00 will qualify for free shipping.

Additionally, please note that the $5 handling fee for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii remains in place.

Priority Shipping rates will be based on your location and will be displayed during check out.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT ADDRESSES ARE CORRECT BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.
We are not liable for addresses input incorrectly.

We currently support Visa, MasterCard & Discover credit card payments.

 

GIFT CARDS

Unfortunately our website cannot accept gift cards at this time. If you would like to use your Beef Jerky Store gift card to make a purchase please call (702) 388-0073 and we will be happy to process your order over the phone.

RAINCHECKS

Sorry, we do not offer rainchecks on out of stock items.


CHOCOLATES & ITEMS THAT CAN MELT

We do not ship Chocolates, Yogurts, Gummies and anything that might melt due to heat.  In Las Vegas, the summer heat usually starts around mid-May lasting thru around mid-October. Items sent during this time will be at your own risk. Refunds will NOT be given for melted products.


INSURANCE

All packages will be insured. Orders under $100 are automatically insured. Orders valued above $100 insurance will be added to shipping accordingly. If you have any questions please call.

The Beef Jerky Store is not liable for any shipments that are lost or damaged in transit!

 If your package is lost or damage please call The Beef Jerky Store 702 388-0073 to assist you in filing a claim.

 
BACKORDERS

We DO NOT back order. If we are out of a product we will contact you to see if you want to wait until we can ship your order complete or see if you would like us to ship only the items we have in stock.

 
APO & FPO ADDRESSES

We do ship to APO & FPO addresses.

 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We DO NOT ship internationally. Most countries will not accept beef from the United States.

 


RETURNS

Return Policy
 
No returns or exchanges without unopened product and receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable on returns. All returns must have prior authorization and must be made within 30 days. Any orders returned back to us over $300 will have a 5% restocking fee and customer is responsible for return shipping.


ORDER VERIFICATION

For orders over $400, we will contact you to verify.

This letter is to inform you that we have received notification that California Jerky Factory, Inc. has recalled the following product because of failure to meet Critical Control Point, CCP.

CRISPY BEEF JERKY LOT # 120418, 120518, and 010219. Purchased between January 10, 2018 between  February 20, 2018.

If you have purchased any of these products between these dates, please contact us at 702 388-0073 to arrange returns.
