Ingredients: California pitted prunes, apples, apricots, peaches, pears, sulphurdioxide, potasssium sorbate added as a preservative, lemon oil preservedwith benozate of soda and 1/40th of 1% sodium bisulfite, and li hing powder(dried red prune, sugar, salt, and FD 26C Red #40 (food coloring)).
